Fathi Abou El Gadaiel
Fathi currently works as the Regional Associate at LTT Sports, where he plays a key role in the development of football in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. His responsibilities include managing local projects, building strategic partnerships, and identifying sport and business opportunities across the region. Additionally, he has significant experience in the business side of football, particularly through active involvement in the region's sports development programs.
Fathi carries with him a diverse background and a lifelong passion for football. He holds two academic degrees, one in Football Business and the other in Sports Management. Beyond his academic knowledge, he has gained in-depth experience in football within the MENA region, having worked on several projects in collaboration with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the West Asia Football Federation (WAFF).
